Former US President Barack Obama celebrated his 60th birthday with a star studded Hawaii-themed party in Martha’s Vineyard!
The guest list included Chrissy Teigen & John Legend, Dwayne Wade & Gabrielle Union, Bradley Cooper, Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson and more!
They had special napkins made with "44x60" written in gold to commemorate the 44th US President's 60th birthday
The menu included steak, chicken, shrimp, salad, orzo, pieces of watermelon and brownies.
H.E.R. and rapper Trap Beckham performed at the event which had been causing a lot of controversy online due to it being held during a pandemic
The party was originally supposed to be larger, but Obama’s spokesperson clarified
"This outdoor event was planned months ago in accordance with all public health guidelines and with COVID safeguards in place. Due to the new spread of the delta variant over the past week, the president and Mrs. Obama have decided to significantly scale back the event to include only family and close friends.”
Guests had to present a negative COVID-19 PCR result in order to enter.
