UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan discussed regional military escalation and its serious repercussions on regional and global security and peace in a call with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands on Tuesday.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, in Dubai on Tuesday.

The Fujairah authorities have apprehended an individual after he trespassed and carried out filming in restricted areas without obtaining the necessary official permits, in clear violation of the laws and regulations in force in the country.

The UAE has strongly condemned the destabilising terrorist plot that targeted the State of Kuwait, commending the vigilance and effectiveness of its security services, which successfully dismantled a Hezbollah-affiliated terrorist cell that was planning to undermine security and stability and recruit individuals for the organisation.
