Ariana Grande has just hit Forever 21 with a $10 million lawsuit.
She claims the retailing giant used her name and likeness to promote its products and its Riley Rose beauty brand.
Apparently Forever 21 had approached Ariana for a collaboration back in December last year, but the deal never happened due to the fee they were offering
Forever 21 then allegedly hired a lookalike model and posted photos of her in clothing and accessories that resemble Ariana’s style
They even added lyrics & imagery from 7 Rings during the campaign and even blatantly re-shared images from Ariana’s Instagram
