Deals worth over AED 110 billion were agreed on the second day of the Dubai Airshow. Emirates announced a AED 58.8 billion agreement with GE Aviation, for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of its Boeing 777X engines. The UAE Air Force unveiled a deal with Swedish aerospace firm Saab worth AED 4.6 billion for two long-range surveillance aircraft and the upgrade of two jets. Meanwhile, a AED 29.4 billion deal was made between Jet Airways and Boeing for 75 new 7-3-7 MAX aircraft.
