The response time to emergencies, is improving in Dubai. Officials say paramedics are making significant progress in treating patients suffering from a stroke or cardiac arrest. Meanwhile, the emirate's ambulance service is aiming to cut down its response time from the current average of eight minutes to four minutes in the next five years. Last year, Dubai bought the world’s fastest ambulance, a Lotus Evora that can go up to 300 km/h.
