The programme provided them with the necessary skills and abilities to make a fresh start after serving their sentences.

Major General Ali Al Shamali, Director of the General Department of Punitive and Correctional Institutions in Dubai, reaffirmed their desire to rehabilitate inmates, develop their educational and occupational capabilities, strengthen their faith and help them overcome their fear of re-entering the community after serving their sentence.
