In a Tweet, Dubai Civil Defence confirmed there were no casualties.

New speed limits announced on major Abu Dhabi highways
The speed limit on Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed International Road (E11) has been changed from 160 km/h to 140 km/h while the limit on the Abu-Dhabi-Sweihan Road (E20) has been reduced from 120 km/h to 100 km/h, the Abu Dhabi Mobility has announced.
