Three commercial establishments in Dubai have been fined for violating the COVID-19 safety protocols.

The retail outlets inside a shopping centre were pulled up for their employees’ lack of commitment to wearing face masks.

As many as 748 shops and other business establishments were found to be fully compliant with the rules during the inspections carried out by Dubai Economy on Tuesday.

Officials have urged everyone to cooperate and contribute to keeping the emirate’s economy moving forward despite the pandemic.
