The Singapore Grand Prix will go ahead as scheduled this weekend, despite a heavy haze descending. Conditions across the region have led to flights being diverted or cancelled, and local sports events have had to be suspended. However, a statement released by race organisers says that there are no plans to amend the racing programme.
