South Africa crushed India by nine wickets in Bengaluru to level the three-match Twenty20 International series 1-1.

The visitors reached their 135-run victory target with 19 balls remaining.

Captain Quinton de Kock led the way with an unbeaten 79 off 52 balls.

A disciplined South African bowling attack had earlier restricted India to 134-9. Opener Shikhar Dhawan was their top scorer with 36 (25 balls).

The series ends level, with both sides having won one match each. The first game of the series was washed out in Dharamshala.
