Saudi Arabia is reopening its land, sea and air borders from Monday, May 17, at midnight UAE time.

The Kingdom’s official news agency announced the suspension of the recent ban, adding that its citizens will be able to go abroad again.

It said people who have received two COVID-19 vaccination doses, or one shot at least two weeks prior to travel, those who have recovered from the virus in the last six months, and under 18-year-olds will be allowed to travel.

A Saudi Ministry of Interior official source stressed the need for everyone to continue abiding by the pandemic safety protocols.
