No deaths after train derails in Alberta

There have been no injuries or casualties reported after a train derailed in the Canadian province of Alberta.

According to a government spokesperson, nearby residents were evacuated for fear of chemical exposure.

Road and highway access were also disrupted as local police and firefighters worked to move the train.

The incident caused part of the Trans-Canada highway to be shut down.
