Serena Williams is going to hang up the tennis racket for a minute – she’s pregnant! She announced that she’s “20 weeks” on Snapchat while sporting a bump in a bathing suit. Her man is Alexis Ohanian, a co-founder of the website Reddit.

Yesterday I told you there would be a 6-song album from Prince coming out tomorrow, the one year anniversary of his death. Well, his estate has shut that down, saying the producer of the album doesn’t have permission to release anything. Millions of people pre-ordered the album, called Deliverance. Those who did got to download one song, but nothing else will be coming out – it’s been pulled from iTunes.

The US government is watching celebrities and influencers on social media who fail to mention when their posts are endorsements of products they’re getting paid for. The Federal Trade Commission has sent out 90 warning letters reminding people to “clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationships when promoting or endorsing products through social media.” Those being watched include pretty much all the Kardashians, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham, Drake, Pharrell, members of One Direction, and more. One violation could result in a fine of up to $40,000, and that adds up. (If you’re an influencer, just use #ad or #brandsponsor in your post and you should be good to go.). These kinds of laws likely will come to other countries, so something to think about.
