Police responded to a call yesterday in LA to the home of Harvey Weinstein’s daughter. He was said to be depressed and suicidal, but when police arrived he was already gone. Weinstein’s daughter Remy said no suicidal statements were made, even though she was the one that made the call. Now the disgraced movie producer has flown to a rehab facility to try to deal with some of his issues.

A day after criticizing Weinstein, Ben Affleck is now doing some apologizing of his own for some bad behavior. Here’s what Ben said about Harvey, whom he worked with very closely early in his career:

But someone pointed out that in 2003 Ben groped a woman on camera on MTV. The VJ’s name is Hilarie Burton, and she talked about it once in a documentary about memorable moments on the show Total Request Live.
