Lil Wayne and his entourage are under investigation for assault once again! Alfredo Marino claims he spotted the rapper skateboarding and asked him if he could have a photo with Lil Wayne but was denied. The alleged victim then tried sneaking in a picture when Weezy apparently walked over with his crew and began threatening him! Marino claims he was hit on the head with a skateboard causing a concussion. Last month a photographer in Miami claimed the same thing.
